Abstract

PURPOSE:To perform pressure sensing with high accuracy in a pressure sensor by converting into electric signal the displacement of an arm that is associated to the variation in pressure in an automatic control system and outputting the signal. CONSTITUTION:An elastic pressure gauge 70 has an arm 71 that is displaced according to the variation in the pressure of an object to be measured. A magnet 75 is attached to the free end of the arm 71. Against the magnet 75 a Hall element 73 is attached to the box of the pressure gauge, and it converts the displacement of the arm 71 into an electric signal and outputs it. Incidentally Bourdon tube manometer, diaphragm manometer, bellows manometer and so on are used as a pressure gauge.
