Abstract

PURPOSE: A pre-crushed mixture of excavated soil, an auxiliary recovery agent and a soil stabilizer are crushed, mixed and sieved to give regenerated excavated soil that can be suitably used as restoring soil, because of its high power of bearing subgrades, less sticking to equipment during the operation and high operability.
CONSTITUTION: Excavated soil 1, an auxiliary recovery agent 5 and a soil stabilizer 6 are combined and crushed in a crusher 4 for premixing, then crushed with an impact mixer equipped with impact rotor 82 and flexible releasing plates 83 until soil lumps are broken into sand particles. Then, the particles are sieved with screen 9 and the auxiliary recovery agent is obtained on the screen, while the regenerated soil under the screen. The auxiliary recovery agent, when necessary, after being adjusted in particle sizes, is circulated again to the crusher 4.
