Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain the captioned device enabling efficient and uniform drawing- out of ink and being fitted for thick-film printing, by constituting an inkpot by a pair of rollers and a cheek plate and by rotating each roller in such a manner that relative slippage is caused in the opposite part thereof to the other. CONSTITUTION:The inkpot 11' is constituted by an ink feeding roller 1, a doctor roller 2 and the cheek plate 10 and the roller 1 is rotated in such a manner that the peripheral speed thereof is larger than that of the roller 2. A shearing action is thereby given to the ink in the inkpot and thereby the ink is kneaded effectively. When the flow-out aperture of the inkpot is adjusted finely, an ink layer can be developed on the surface of the roller 1 easily and uniformly.
