The external circumferential part of the sounding body 1 is fixed to one side of an annular support 2, thus supporting the circumference. The side circumferential surfaces of the support 2 and the fitting side of the sounding body 1 are coverted with a cover 3, and a dish-shaped or beltlike fixing tool 4 is fitted outside of the cover 3 at an interval from the sounding body 1. At the center part of the fitting tool 4, a pressing means 5 by a screw, etc., is provided and the center part of the sounding body 1 is pressed through the adjustment of the pressing means. Then, characteristics of timbre, etc., of the sounding body 1 are varied through the adjustment of the pressing means 5 to drive the oscillating body, such as a wall, efficiently, so that a decorative speaker, etc., is obtained.
