Abstract
PURPOSE:To make the manufacture of a circuit exhibiting temp. characteristics in output only in the prescribed temp. range by the combination of a circuit including two pieces of transistors connected to each other between their bases and grounded on their respective emitter sides and two kinds of reference voltage power sources. CONSTITUTION:The 1st transistor (TR) is hort-circuited between its collector and base, and the 1st reference voltage is supplied to the point thereof. Further, the 2nd transistor (TR) is connected of its base to that of the 1st TR, and its connected is connected via another resistance to the mid-part of a resistance circuit inserted in series to between the 2nd reference voltage application point and ground potential. An output is obtained from arbitrary points between the above- mentioned 2nd reference voltage application point and ground potential point. For example, if two pieces of npn transistors 3 and 4 of equal characteristics and sizes are connected via resistances 1, 2 and 6-9 to the 1st and 2nd reference voltage Vref1-2 and ground potential, the output from the point 5 exhibits temp. characteristics only within the temp. range T1-T2 determined by the characteristics of the TRs and respective resistance values, etc.
