Abstract

PURPOSE:To make the manufacture of a conductor detector having high noise removing effect possible by containing plural respectively independent coils in respectively separate shielding cases, and grounding the respective shielding cases. CONSTITUTION:Plural respectively independent coils are contained in respectively separate shielding cases, and these cases are kept grounded by using conductors of the sectional area at which the eddy current generated in one of the cases does not flow out to the oher case. The detection of conduction is accomplished by the degree of electromagnetical coupling between the coils. For example, coils 111 and 112 are contained respectively in shielding cases 114 and 115, and the cases are connected to the ground 313 by means of conductors 311 and 312 having the above-mentioned sections, whereby the induction of noise in the coil 112 is decreased and the measurement signal of good SN ratios is obtained.
