Abstract
PURPOSE: To regenerate the org. waste water into highly treated reusable water within a short time by treating biologically treated water obtained by separating activated sludge from the organic waste water such as sewage or the like after said waste water is subjected to aeration treatment by a fluorine electrolysis method to separate various turbidity causing substances in raw water in the form of floc.
CONSTITUTION: Sewage 11 is passed through a sand precipitation basin 12, a primary precipitation basin 13 and an aeration treatment tank 14 and a float separation tank 15 and entered into an electrolytic tank 18 as separated water 16. In said tank, 5W20mg/l CaF2 and 100W200mg/l FeCl2 are added and voltage is set to 3V or more and current density to several ten mA/l and Al is used an electrode plate anode and Cu as a cathode to carry out electrolytic treatment for one hr. Further, under the same condition, 1W30g/l bentonite and 1/6 (on the wt. ratio) of bentonite of acid clay are added to compare the results to the above described treatment. As the result, BOD is reduced to 1.0ppm from 50ppm, COD to 0.6ppm from 30 ppm, PO4 ion to a trace amount from 2ppm, NH4 ion to 8ppm from 10ppm and, in the compared addition experiment, up to 2ppm was removed.
