Abstract

PURPOSE:To discriminate a defective part easily even at mass-production by providing a generator gate newly at the part of a readout line. CONSTITUTION:A magnetic bubble memory element consists of a magnetic bubble detector 1, readout major line 2, minor loop 3, write-in major line 4, generator gate 5, gate 6 and generator gate 7 provided newly at a part of the line 2. The magnetic bubbles generated at the generator gate 7 are read out at the detector 1 via the readout line 2. With this constitution, since the readout line 2, write-in line 4 and minor loop can be separated at operation, defective part can easily be discriminated even at mass-production.
