Abstract
PURPOSE:To detect the start of a burst accurately by a simple circuit by keeping the initial pulse of a burst signal invariably to a ''1'' and setting the half period of the burst signal longer than the continuation period of the burst signal. CONSTITUTION:A monostable multivibrator 1 and a rise detecting circuit 2 are provided, and the circuit 2 consists of a delay circuit 3 and an AND circuit A. When a burst signal (a) is inputted to the monostable multivibrator 1, the initial pulse ''1'' of the signal (a) is used as a trigger pulse, and the pulse (b) with pulse width T'1 is outputted from the monostable multivibrator 1. This T'1 is longer than the continuance time T1 of the burst signal and shorter than burst half time T2. This signal (b) is generated each time the burst signal is present, and is inputted to the circuit 2. Thus, a burst starting pulse (c) with width equivalent to the delay time TL of the circuit appears at the output side of the circuit A.
