The detected functional switching signals (a), (b) are applied to a switch circuit B consisting of gate circuits G1-G7. The switch circuit B switches the frequency dividing ratio of a frequency dividing circuit A into 1/5, 1/6 and 1/10 according to the signals (a) and (b).
