CONSTITUTION:A positioning target value stored in an ROM of a microcomputer is transferred to an RAM and compared with a present value, measured by pulses during the driving of a motor and stored in an NRAM, to perform driving urge operation of a control object till the both values coincide with each other. At this time, urging of a driving power source is reset, and then a motor stop detecting timer is triggered, if a pulse is output by the time when the detecting timer becomes a time-over state, the pulse is measured, and the present value stored in the NRAM shows a correct attitude position of a mechanism.
