CONSTITUTION:The 1st heating element 5 of iron chrome etc. is projected in the form of a large surface area and a small section area out of the point of a sheath 1 and connecting to this element, the 2nd heating element 6 of low carbon steel containing 0.2 or less % carbon or the like and having a large positive resistance-temperature coefficient is embedded in the sheath 1.
