CONSTITUTION:A magnetic card 2 is read by an information read part 4, the first code is generated by the first code generating part 6 by referring to contents of a dynamic information store part 7, and it is compared with the second information which is continuously provided from a keyboard 3, by a comparing circuit 8. When a result of comparison has been in coincidence, a person bearing the magnetic card 2 is considered to be the person himself, and a cash payment processing operation is executed. Since the password has been generated by use of information which is varied dynamically, illegal use of the card is checked strictly.
