Abstract
PURPOSE:To enhance the measuring accuracy of a test liquid without deterioration in the treating capacity by allowing sufficient time for each measuring action with alternate use of several reaction lines in a rate assay method. CONSTITUTION:Samples in a sample cup 3 are delivered into a reaction tube of the reaction line (a) for measuring items of GOT, into that of the reaction line (d) for these of GPO, into that of the reaction lines (g) and (h) for those of TP and ALB by means of a delivering mechanism 6. Shifted by one step in the reaction lines the samples are injected into reactio tube (b), (e), (g) and (h) and then, by another one step into reaction tubes (c), (f), (g) and and (h). Therefore, the sample are delivered into the reaction tubes at an interval of three in the measuring items using three reaction lines . Likewise, reagents are delivered at an interval of three tubes. The delivery of the test liquid at the interval of three tubes enables the photometry thereof retained in a flow cell while the reaction lines are shifted by three steps thereby triplicating the measuring time, improving the measuring accuracy.
