Abstract
PURPOSE: To decrease a level of noise and to make the size of a device smaller, by rotatably mounting a driven unit to a driving shaft, providing coil spring clutches operated in an opposite direction to each other at both sides of the driven unit, rotatably mounting ratchet wheels to said driving shaft through said clutches and arranging the ratchet wheels to a stoppable state.
CONSTITUTION: When a driving shaft I is continuously rotated to a direction E, a pawl 14a of a ratchet wheel 14 is adapted to a stopper 15, and a coil spring 12 inserted in the driving shaft I is loosened to transmit torque in the direction E to a driven unit 10 and stop the driven unit 10, ratchet wheel 13 and 14. If the driving shaft I is inversely rotated from the direction E to F, friction force between the driving shaft I and the coil spring 11 is increased, and torque in the direction F of the driving shaft I is transmitted to the driven unit 10, then the driven unit 10, ratchet wheels 13 and 14 are rotated to the direction F. When a rotary angle reaches θ, a pawl 13a of the ratchet wheel 13 is adapted to the stopper 15, and friction force between the driving shaft I and the coil spring 11 is decreased, then the driven wheel 10 and ratchet wheels 13, 14 are stopped.
