Abstract
PURPOSE: To surely transmit revolutional power from the driving side to the driven side, by using simple mechanism without increasing the size of speed change gear.
CONSTITUTION: A friction countershaft 14 is pressed through a cam mechanism 20 to a driven rotary body 16 by means of a driving rotary body 12. This transfers a certain frictional force from the frictional countershaft 14 to the driven one 16 and makes it sure to transmit power from the driving side 12 to the driven side 16. Since the cam mechanism 20 is set between opposing rotary end faces of the driving body 12 and the driven doby 14 through balls 19, the change gear is simple in construction as a whole.
