CONSTITUTION: This flux contains, by weight %, 16W30 SiO2, 6W15 TiO2, 14W35 Al2O3, <5 MnO, 5.5W15 MgO, 8W20 CaO, 10W25 CaF2, and is of the composition of 30W49 MgO+CaO+CaF2. The basicity BL expressed by the formula is kept within a 0W1.7 range, and the grain size distributions wherein coarse grains of ≥500μ grain sized out of particles are ≤5% and fine grains of ≤74μ are 5W18% are provided.
