CONSTITUTION:Relays RL11-RL1n for alarm display are provided corresponding to power-source units PU1-PUn, and an alarm relay RL10 is provided for prescribed processing for the power-source units PU1-PUn. Then, a relay contact rb9 is connected to an alarm accepting circuit; once the contact rb9 is broken in case of an instantaneous break of input electric power, the relays RL10-RL1n never operate again even if an alarm signal AL is received, and unless a prescribed sequence is completed even if the input power recovers. For this purpose, an instantaneous-break detecting circuit including an instantaneous-break detecting relay RL9 which controls the relay contact rl9 is provided to a sequence circuit part in a power-source control circuit.
