Abstract

CONSTITUTION:Branch rods 3 made of stainless steel are mounted on a main rod 1 made of Al and provided with a hook-shaped part 2 at the top, and by applying a high pressure from an upper part, the rods 3 are bonded to the rod 1. Metallic copper is then sprayed on the upper surface 1a of the rod 1 including the bonded parts to form a metallic coated layer. Thus, the rods 3 are firmly supported on the rod 1, and the electric contact resistance is reduced.
