Abstract
PURPOSE:To reduce the electric resistance and to strengthen the structure by spraying a metal on the bonded parts of a main rod made of aluminum where branch rods are driven into the main rod to form a metallic coated layer. CONSTITUTION:Branch rods 3 made of stainless steel are mounted on a main rod 1 made of Al and provided with a hook-shaped part 2 at the top, and by applying a high pressure from an upper part, the rods 3 are bonded to the rod 1. Metallic copper is then sprayed on the upper surface 1a of the rod 1 including the bonded parts to form a metallic coated layer. Thus, the rods 3 are firmly supported on the rod 1, and the electric contact resistance is reduced.
