Abstract
PURPOSE:To simplify the circuit constitution, by detecting a voltage of a capacitor at the application of power supply and generating an initializing signal, in an oscillation circuit having a time constant circuit of the capacitor charged with the power supply and a resistor. CONSTITUTION:When a power supply Vcc is applied, a capacitor 2 is charged via a resistor 1 and a capacitor 2 starts charging. When a voltage of the capacitor 2 is increased, an output of a detector 7 becomes a low level from a high level at first. This output becomes an initializing signal. Next, when a Schmitt trigger circuit 3 is inverted and the capacitor 2 is discharged via a resistor 6 and a transistor (TR) 5, the Schmitt trigger circuit is again inverted through the discharge of a certain amount. In this case, the state of the detection circuit 7 is unchanged. The oscillation signal is obtained from the TR5.
