CONSTITUTION:Three metallic plates 11V1, 11V2 and 11G are bonded together with insulating plates 12 between, and then stacked on a back board 1 at the side of the back board 1 with an insulating plate 13 between. Each terminal part of the back board 1 is connected via those metallic plates and flexible cables 14. Namely, the terminal parts which are to receive a voltage V2 are connected to the metallic plate 11V1 through the cables 14 directly, terminals parts which are to receive a voltage V2 are connected to the metallic plate 11V1 on the metallic plate 11V2 and the metallic plate 11V2 through the cables 14 in cut parts 15 formed by cutting the insulating plates 12 by a prescribed extent, and terminal parts which are to receive a voltage G are connected the metallic plate 11V1 on the metallic plate 11G, the insulating plate 12, the metallic plate 11V2, and the metallic plate 11G through cables 14 in cut parts 16 formed by cutting the insulating plate 12 by a prescribed extent.
