The DC voltage output from the logarithmic amplifier 22 is temperature compensated by a temperature compensation circuit 23 and converted into a BCD digital signal by an A/D converter 24. The BCD signal is supplied to a reciprocal logarithm converting circuit 25 with read-only memory and converted into a linear signal corresponding to the input microcurrent and suitable for display and storage.
