Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent the deterioration of performance of multiplex system, by obtaining information signal through the product modulation of pseudo maximum length series code with an input information signal at modulation side of each subscriber and through the detection of correlation at demodulation side. CONSTITUTION:A binary information series 251 with a pseudo m-series signal 253 is modulated and outputted 252 at a multiplication circuit 201 to be an output signal to a transmission line. A pseudo m-series generator 203 produces a pseudo m-series for subscriber in synchronizing with a frame synchronizing signal 257 by using a master clock 257 and outputs it to a signal line 256. The signal from a signal line 255 is multiplied with the pseudo m-series at a multiplication circuit 204 and is outputted on a signal line 258. The signal on the line 258 is inputted to an integration discrimination circuit 205, and after the integration for one frame is made, discrimination is made and output is given to a signal line 259 as binary series. This binary series is demodulated into the original information signal at a demodulator 206 and outputted to a signal line 260.
