Abstract
PURPOSE:To make it possible to perform highly accurate reception synchronous detection, by reducing erroneous judgments due to noise, etc., by inserting a pilot signal to be used for detection synchronous detection at the transmission side. CONSTITUTION:The sound signal from LPF2 and the pilot signal from oscillator 3 are converted into base band signals after they are given to FM modulator 4, and then supplied to antenna 11 through frequency converter 9 after it is two-phase phase modulated and converted into spectrum diffusion signals in accordance with the diffusion code series from PN code generator by phase modulator 7. On the other hand, the receiving signal is FM detected 18 through frequency converter 4, correlator 15, and BPF16, and supplied to speaker 22, noise extracting HPF23, and pilot signal extracting BPF24. Outputs of filter 23 and 24 are rectified 25, 26, respectively, the level of each DC output is compared 27, and synchronous detection signals are outputted when the level difference exceeds a prescribed value, and thus a synchronous condition is maintained.
