CONSTITUTION: A food aqueous solution containing electrolytes, e.g. soy, fruit juice, etc. is circulated between the circulation tank 2 and the ion exchange membrane electrodialyzer 1 in a state shielded from air by the pressure tank 3 containing an inert gas, and the electrolytes such as salt are removed from the solution. The change of the flavor, taste, color, etc. by the treatment can be suppressed by shielding from air. The desalted liquid is discharged from the outlet 5, and the salt is concentrated in the concentrate tank 6.
