In case of SPC, the computer 2 inhibits transmission of an operation output MV value, also transmits status information ST of DDC- off to the body 1 side, and sets a changeover switch SW4 to the off side. As a result, the body 1 executes SPC in accordance with a set value SV from the computer 2. In case of DDC, the computer 2 transmits the information ST of DDC-on to the body 1 side, and sets the switch SW4 to the on side. As a result, a DDC output of the computer 2 becomes the operation output MV directly.
