Abstract
PURPOSE: To raise safety further at the time of occurrence of over load by a method wherein a check valve is arranged between an oil pressure generating part and actuating part, and a hydraulic circuit around a relief valve at the side of actuating part is improved in the point that relief valves are arranged respectively in both upper and down stream of the check valve.
CONSTITUTION: Relief valves 7, 8 are connected respectively with an oil pressure generating part (side A) and actuating part (side B) of a check valve 5 arranged intermediarily in the supply passage of the pressure oil in hydraulic circuit actuating a hydraulic cylinder 6 by the pressure oil generated at a pump 1 driven by a motor 2. Thus a pressure controlling device is composed, but in this case a balanced piston type relief valve is employed regarding the relif valve 8. A differential valve 9 is also arranged to connect its R port 12 with oil tank 4 and its P port 13 with the bent port of the relief valve 8 respectively. Piping is performed so that the pressure at B side of the actuating part may be conducted to A port 15 and the pressure at A side of the pressure generating to B port 16 respectively.
