Abstract
PURPOSE:To efficiently control a water-level of a deaerator of a heat power plant, by controlling the rotational frequency of a condensing and boosting pump under the control of a fluid joint, and controlling a flow rate of condensation to a deaerator from a condenser. CONSTITUTION:A fluid joint 20 is placed between each condensing and boosting pump 5, and each driving motor 4, and a rotational frequency control device 21 is attached to the joint 20, respectively. For instance, when a water-level detector 13 of a deaerator 1 detects a drop of a water-level, the detector 13 sends a signal to a deaerator water-level control device 15, the signal controlled and operated by the device 15 is sent to the device 21, and rotational frequency of the joint 20 is increased by a rotational frequency increasing command. As a result, the rotational frequency of the pump 5 is increased, a flow rate of condensation sent to the deaerator 1 from a condenser 2 is increased, and a water-level of the deaerator 1 rises up to a prescirbed water-level. Also, in case when the water- level rises, the water-level of the deaerator is adjusted by decreasing the rotational frequency of the pump on the contrary, and decreasing the flow rate of condensation.
