CONSTITUTION:One base plate 3 to be welded is fitted into a receiving groove 2 of a base stand 1, on which a springy thin plate 4 to be welded is placed. The thin plate 4 is positioned by fitting a pin 6 provided on the base stand 1 into a hole 5 of the thin plate 4, and also the thin plate 4 is curved upward in the projecting shape. The thin plate 4 is pressed by pressing parts 8a, 8b on both sides of the lower part of a pressing block 8, and a place around a welding point A of the thin plate 4 and a place around a free end edge part of its opposite side are pressed and fixed by force of a spring plate 9.
