CONSTITUTION:When an ignition switch 14 is closed and a blower switch 15 is also closed, a blower motor 3 is brought into a back-airflow condition and an electrical control circuit 10 into an operating state. When the cooling action of an evaporator 4 progresses and the cool air temperature is lowered to a working temperature which is determined by the outside-air temperature and hysteresis, the power supply for an electromagnetic clutch 9 is interrupted and a cooling cycle CC is stopped. When the cool air temperature reaches a working temperature corresponding to the outside-air temperature, the clutch 9 is supplied with power and the cooling cycle CC is restarted.
