On the other hand, a load current of the voltage stabilizing circuit 5 is varied by the on and off operation of the oscillating circuit 3, and in accordance with said variation, the output voltage of the stabilizing circuit 5 is slightly varied intermittently. Since the varied output voltage is applied to the oscillating circuit 6 of the quartz direct modulation system, a signal synchronizing with the flashing display operation is transmitted from the oscillating circuit 6. In this way, the information relating to drop of the supply voltage can be informed swiftly and also exactly.
