Abstract

PURPOSE:To make it easy to add and change functions by exercising charging control and connection control independently by connecting a charging processor, program memory, temporary memory, and time setting circuit to a common bus and by connecting an external memory device to the charging processor via an interface. CONSTITUTION:Signal control processor group 101 and connection control processor group 102 are connected to common bus 106 and charging processor 103 is further connected to this common bus 106. To charging processor 103, timer circuit 107, program memory 108 and temporary memory 109 are connected to charging processor 103, external memory device 105 is further connected via interface circuit 104 with the external memory device. Then, independent switching connection control and charging control are enabled, so that while the addition and change of functions are facilitated, the charging control can be exercised stably.
