Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain color video images of high quality, by using the specified stacked structure as the photoelectric conversion device for blue light in the solid- state camera equipment whereby the color picture signals are obtained by the use of the solid-state camera device of one- or two-dimensions. CONSTITUTION:The three camera devices 1 corresponding to the three primary colors, red, blue and green are placed on the specified positions. The images of the object coming through the lens system 2 are formed on the photoelectric faces of these devices by the prism 3. At the same time in front of these devices the color filters respectively for red, blue and green light are placed, and the resolved color picture signals for the three primary colors are separated and taken out.
