Abstract
PURPOSE:To facilitate the integration of the motor driving circuit by switching and energizing each phase coil of a brushless motor with a current switching signal as a gate signal via gate means to which a speed control voltage is inputted through switching means. CONSTITUTION:A brushless motor controlling circuit consists of a motor rotation position detecting stage (a), a phase detector (b), a drive circuit (c), a speed control circuit (d) and a counter electromotive force detector (e). The drive circuit (c) alternately drives transistors Qc2, Qc5 by a switching signal from the detector (b) to energize the coils L1, L2 and compares the detected value of the detector (e) with a reference value in the speed control circuit (d), and thus the base current of the transistor Qc4 is controlled through the transistor Qc2. Accordingly, the motor can be controlled in the drive and speed only by the switching means without using speed control power transistor, and can be adapted for integration.
