Abstract

PURPOSE: To facilitate filtration at a high efficiency through a filtrate passage between filter bags and an outside pipe, an inside pipe and a core member, by packing filter bags in cavities between half divisible outside and inside pipes and a central core member.

CONSTITUTION: A solution to be treated is fed through a pressure conduit 16, and branched pipes 13A, 13B to filter bags 11AW11D, where the solution is separated to a filtrate part and a solid part. The solid part is accumulated in the bags. The filtrate part flows in and down through a passage fromed by the filter bags 11AW 11D with plural projection 6A of rubber plates 6 which are stuck onto the inside walls of the outside pipe parts 1A, 1B, the inside and outside walls of the inside pipe parts 2A, 2B, and the outside wall of the core member 5. The filtrate part is then carried through holes 7A of a preforated plate 7, and discharged away through a pipe 8. When the filtration is finished, the outside and inside pipes are divided and the bag filters 11AW11D are taken out.
