Abstract
PURPOSE: To provide a filtering apparatus capable of being fabricated by a simple work by stacking up a predetermined number of a filtering device unit constituted by respectively connecting an inflow port of one end side and an outflow port of other end side of each filtering device unit parallelly arranged through a connecting cylinder.
CONSTITUTION: A pipe is arranged to an inflow port member 12 and an outflow port member 58 respectively and a material to be filtered is supplied from an inflow port 13 to an outflow port 59. Then, the material to be filtered is sent into a lid member 24 of a filtering unit 22 through a connecting port 15, a connecting cylinder 18, a connecting port 35 and, moreover, flowed into a lid member 24e of a filtering unit 46 through a connecting port 34, a connecting cylinder 42 and a connecting port 35e. Subsequently, the material to be filtered flowed into the lid member 24, 24e is sent to a filtering cylinder 23, 23e and, after being filtered, sent to a central port 27a, 27ae of a filter mounted cylinder 27, 27e and introduced into a lid member 25, 25e through a permeating port 26, 26e. Thereafter, thus purified material to be filtered is introduced to an outflow port 59 of the member 58 through a connecting port 38, a connecting cylinder 39e, 38e, a connecting cylinder 48 and a connecting port 61 and flowed out to a next procedure.
