Abstract
PURPOSE: To enable to fix and hermetically seal simply without necessitating skill by a method wherein a silicon rubber hollow membrane is divided into a predetermined number to be inserted into a guide net and said guide net is positioned to a predetermined place above an opening part of a cylinder.
CONSTITUTION: The silicone rubber hollow membrane bundle 1 is inserted into the cylinder 5 having a permeation nozzle 11 provided to an intermediate part thereof and having both ends formed into a larger diameter so as to protrude both ends of said bundle from opening surfaces of both ends of the cylinder 5 and, thereafter, the cylinder 5 is vertically erected so as to direct the opening part upwardly and a flow stopper 6 is filled between an inner side end of a large diameter part of said cylinder 5 and the terminal of the hollow membrane bundle 1. Subsequently, the terminal of the hollow membrane bundle 1 is divided into a predetermined number to be inserted into the guide net 12 and, after the guide net 12 is positioned to a predetermined place, an adhesive silicone rubber 13 is poured from the opening part of the cylinder 5 to be cured. Next, a part of the cured silicone rubber 13 and the hollow membrane bundle 1 protruded from the cylinder 5 is removed by cutting and, thereafter, a flange 10 having a supply nozzle 9 provided to a end surface 8 thereof is mounted and fixed.
