CONSTITUTION: 1W20 equivalent% isocyanurate ring-containing polyisocyanate, 20W120 equivalent% lactam, each based on the total isocyanate equivalent, an aromatic diisocyanate, and a polycarboxylic acid anhydride containing 1W20 equivalent%, based on the total carboxyl group equivalent, benzophenonetetracarboxylic acid dianhydride, are reacted in a cresol solvent. The isocyanurate ring-containing polyisocyanate is preferably 4,4'-diphenylmethane diisocyanate, tolylene diisocyanate, etc.
