Abstract

PURPOSE: To decrease aberrations and enhance the performance of a Gauss type lens of 4-group 6-element constitution by establishing specified conditions among the respective focal lengths, refractive indexes, radii of curvature, etc. of said lens for facsimile.
CONSTITUTION: An original setting glass 11 is installed on the object field side, a protection glass 12 for solid-state image sensors on the image field side and Gauss type lenses 13 are disposed successively from the object field side to the image field side.
