Abstract
PURPOSE: To enhance the deep drawing property of the steel pipe by adhering Al or an Al alloy on a surface of the low carbon aluminum killed steel plate having stretched recrystallized particle containing C, Si, Mn, P, S, sol. Al, sol.N in a specific composition.
CONSTITUTION: The low carbon aluminum killed steel plate having the stretched recrystallized particle comprising, in the wt% basis, 0.002W0.15 C, 0.01W0.05 Si, 0.1W0.4 Mn, 0.02 or less P, 0.02 or less S, 0.02W0.1 sol.Al, 0.004W0.015N and the remainder of Fe and inevitable impurities is used as a core material. On at least one surface of said core material, a skin material of Al or an Al alloy is piled up by interposing a compound between iron and aluminum metal with a thickness of 8μ or less therebetwen or directly. The resulting piled up material is pressed and rolled in a draft of 40% or more by cold rolling or one pass rolling under a warm rolling condition at 400°C or less under an inert atmosphere and, subsequently, subjected to soft annealing.
