Abstract

PURPOSE: To transport the plastic vessel continuously by a method wherein increasing and decreasing of an air volume for an injector, which is supplied from a blower, are repeated.
CONSTITUTION: The plastic vessel conveyed by a belt conveyor 1 is dropped into a vertical chute 3a provided at the end of the belt conveyor. On the other hand, a negative pressure is produced in the vertical chute 3a by air stream flowed out of a blower 4 through the clearance 6 of an injector 5 and the dropped plastic vessel 1 is sucked by gravity and the negative pressure, thus, is transported within an air transporting tube 8 through the injector 5. An air volume regulator 12, operated by a timer 11 or the like to increase and decrease the air volume, is provided on the way of an air piping for the injector and varies the air volume for the injector from the maximum to the minimum values thereby effecting reception and transportation of the plastic vessel continuously.
