Since the laser 41, the sensor 45, and the splitter 42 are incorporated as one body, a reflecting plate can be attached to the surface A of the splitter 42 beforehand, and the positions of the laser 41 and the sensor 45 can be adjusted. Therefore, the adjusting work can be simplified.
