At regeneration, regenerating video signal 12 and regenerating voice signal 13 are turned back into original sonar PPI signal 14 and synchronized sonar signal 15 by an FM demodulator 5 and a level converter 6. Then both signals are conveyed to the regenerating sonar, thus regenerating the recorded video image.
