Abstract

PURPOSE:To improve measuring efficiency and selecting capacity without damaging the property of a transistor by fixing the transistor to be measured on a dielectric and putting the circuit cover on with input and output lead piled on a stripline. CONSTITUTION:The impedance converting circuit is constructed by fixing the transistor to be measured TR9 on the dielectric 6' and, with input and output lead 11, 12 being piled on striplines 5a, 5b, putting on the circuit cover which consists of a metal board 101 with adjusting screw 2d, 2e, dielectric board 104, and dielectric film 103. Thus, not only is there no need at all to turn the circuit upside down but also the output can be measured without damaging the property of the transistor and improve efficiency and selecting capacity greatly.
