Abstract
PURPOSE: To obtain an electromagnetic flow meter with sensor for pressure measurement with the flow rate measurement noise reduced, by providing the hole, which is coated with the lining material, in the same section where the flow rate sensor is fitted and by fitting a pressure sensor to this hole.
CONSTITUTION: The inside of pipe 3 where the fluid to be measured is flowed is insulated by the lining material, and an magnetic field is generated by coil 6, and the voltage generated by flowing of the fluid is detected by electrode 2, thereby measuring the flow rate of the fluid. Pressure sensor part 7 is incorporated in the same section as the section of the flow rate measuring sensor constituted in this manner. In this pressure sensor part 7, pressure sensor 8 which is coated with insulating coating material 9 is fitted to fitting material 10 after providing hole (h) in pipe 3 and covering it with lining material 5 as shown in (a), and therefore, the insulating property is improved, and it is difficult that noise invades electrode 2 of the electromagnetic flow meter.
