Abstract
PURPOSE:To improve combustion efficiency and reduce the generation of toxic gases by a method wherein a combustion air amount regulating means is controlled by the signal fed from a load temperature detecting means and a fuel feed amount regulating means is controlled by the signal fed from a combustion condition detecting means. CONSTITUTION:Room air is sucked in from a suction port 37 by a convection fan 23 fitted in the case 1 of a hot air device, subjected to heat exchange in a combustion portion 4' and a heat exchanger 5, and discharged from a blow-off port 38. Fuel is fed to a burner in the combustion portion 4' through an oil feed pipe 13 by a pump 12, while combustion air is fed from an intake cylinder 11 to the burner by an intake/exhaust unit 2. In a main control unit B, a differential signal representing the difference between the signal fed from a reference signal generator 40 and the detection signal fed from a load temperature detector 30 is decoded by a comparator C1, and the combustion amount is determined according to the differential signal. The signal fed from a combustion condition detector 20 is compared with the signal fed from a reference signal generator 42 by a comparator C2, and a pulse pump 12 is so controlled that the former signal accords to the latter signal (reference signal).
