Abstract
PURPOSE:To make reduction of the material cost and electrical loss, and a small size of the commutating device by a method wherein a DC terminal led from a DC current collecting bus is led out of between the contacts with an arm bus. CONSTITUTION:Each phase winding of a transformer 1 is divided into at least two, end of the divided windings 1a, 1b in the opposite polarity to each other are led outside the transformer in a pair and respectively connected to a pair of the commutation arms of the rectifier 2 in the polarity opposite to each other.
