Abstract
PURPOSE:To prevent the deformation and the disconnection of an armature winding with an improved molding shrinkability and fluidity of a resin by employing a thermosetting resin containing effective components when at least an armature winding section is solidly molded with a thermosetting resin. CONSTITUTION:When at least an armature winding section is impregnated with a thermosetting resin and hardened rigid solidly, a resin is used having an alkephenyl- based copolymer containing more than 20mol% of alkenylphenol, an epoxy compound and an amine salt as effective component for the thermosetting resin. For the alkenylphenol-based copolymer herein used, a univalent phenol having an alkenyl group with a carbon number of 2-4 is applicable preferably containing less than 3% of a monomer or an oligomer. For the epoxy compound, a diglycyl eter of a bisphenol A is used with an epoxy equivalent of less than 200.
