Abstract

PURPOSE: To make construction simple by constituting a developing roller by providing a core of an elastic material on the outside circumference of a mandrel, forming a conductive adhesive agent layer on the outside circumferential surface thereof and tufting conductive surface fur bodies thereon.
CONSTITUTION: A revolving shaft 48 which is a mandrel is formed of an aluminum material, and a cylindrical core 49 of foamed polyurethane is formed on the outside circumferential surface thereof. A conductive adhesive agent layer 53 is provided on the outside circumferential surface of the core 49, and surface fur bodies 52 are tufted on the outer side thereof to constitute a developing fur brush roller 37 of, for example, 30mm roller diameter, for developing of soft type. Said surface fur bodies 52 are constituted of the special abrasion-resistant rayon having been subjected to conduction treatment.
