Abstract
PURPOSE:To prevent splashing of ink without spoiling the desensitizing effect thereof by a method wherein a desensitizing agent is added with hydrogenated castor oil and/or aliphatic carboxylic acid amide, in the desensitizing ink decreasing or dissipating a function of a developer. CONSTITUTION:The aliphatic carboxylic acid amide of a grade having 12-18 carbon atoms such as the hydrogenated castor oil and/or stearic acid amide or the like is added into the desensitizing ink, containing a desensitizing agent consisting of an addition product of an amine to >=3C alkylene oxide in pref. 25-60wt%, in a ratio of 0.5-5%. An offset preventing agent such as natural or synthetic high polymerized compound, an inorganic substance such as titanium dioxide or the like, a vegetable oil, waxes, starch or the like is added thereinto other than the above- described desensitizing agent. The desensitizing ink made by mixing, dissolving and blending the above described constituents will never be splashed into air or spoiled by water and spoil printed sections, further, the desensitizing effect is also very high.
